Building Troops

In Raising War those that survive are those that know how to deal with their military. To build troops, you must access the Barracks from your empire's Headquarters.

Enter the amount of troops you wish to purchase. Beware, troops cost resources and survivors.

A player is able to have up to 10,000 troops outside of their districts, and they are able to station 1,000 troops inside each district.
